As we are a small family run business we can offer help and advice on a more personal level which is something that is hard to find with the larger lettings agents. To take the hassle out of renting and managing your property we can do the hard work for you using the expertise of our team.

We can offer you the following services:

Letting Only Service

For a very competitive one off fee of 50% of one months rent our service will include:

Property valuation against the current market value.

Advertising on our website and Rightmove's.

Arranging and overseeing viewings with prospective tenants   

Full referencing and credit checks.

Collection of the first months rent and deposit.

Deposit will registered in the MyDeposits scheme.

Raising the contracts and ensuring that all necessary notices are served upon the tenant.

On the day of completion a full inventory will be taken along with condition photographs. Meter readings will be taken and contracts will be signed.
